Private and Semi-Private Classes Private and Semi-Private classes are available at all levels of Agility and Flyball based on instructor and facility availability. For rates and timeslots, please contact us.2008 Season Green Fees Agility Green Fees are available to all students at the Beginner 3 level or higher. Season Pass rate is $100. For additional details and conditions, please contact us.Refund / Cancellation Policy: Due to the small number of students in our classes, we DO NOT REFUND for classes you do not attend. Make-up classes will not be offered. REFUNDS: Refunds are available up to 1 week prior to the first class and only upon presentation of a veterinarian's certificate as follows: 100% refund if the space is can be filled prior to commencement of the session, 50% if the space cannot be filled. No refund will be given if the cancellation is received less than 1 week prior to the first class. Once the session has begun, refunds (full or partial) are not available. Vaccination Policy (please read carefully): Puppies: All puppies must have proof of Distemper/Parvo vaccination after 12 weeks of age. Puppies will not be permitted to register for classes without proof of vaccinations. Adults: All dogs must have either current proof of vaccination in the last two years (3 years for Rabies), or proof of titre test if they have not been vaccinated in last two years or a signed Certificate of Health from a licensed Veterinarian. Vaccinations / titres must have been administered by a licensed Veterinarian rather than a third party (i.e. Breeder). |
